Tabitha Yeh

Tabitha Yeh has worked in the hospitality industry for 18 years and has trained in some of the world's most renowned kitchens, working under her idols: Thomas Keller (Per Se), Rene Redzepi (Noma), and Masa Takayama (Shaboo and Bar Masa). She has travelled extensively through Europe and Asia and her cooking draws inspiration from her travels. 

Yeh started doing freelance consulting in 2014 and has spearheaded the development of fifteen restaurant openings by developing concepts, recipes, and implementing standards. Her former clients have included: Chanel, Uber Eats, Twitter, Airbnb, Hewlett- Packard, Tatong, Playboy, and Miele. 

Illeana Pennetto

Illeana Pennetto is a former nationally ranked competitive figure skater turned fitness model, represented by the prestigious Wilhelmina Models. Over the past 4 years she has professionally modeled for globally recognized iconic brands and Fortune 500 companies. Some of her clients have included: Nike, Reebok, FootLocker, Spanx, and Ulta Beauty.

Prior to modeling, Illeana worked in the hospitality industry for 8 years, specializing in front of house operations.

Illeana recently debuted our OG energy ball on Season 25 of “The Bachelor.”
